We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's what you need to know about amending, canceling, or changing your order:
- Amending or Changing Your Order: We kick into gear right away with order processing, making it challenging to tweak or modify an order once it's placed and confirmed. However, if you need to make changes to your order, speed is key. Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you.
- Canceling Your Order: Similarly, if you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Service Team promptly. We'll make every effort to cancel your order before it's processed by our warehouse. However, please note that once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We're here to make things right if something isn't quite as expected with your order. Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team as soon as possible and provide the following information for the different scenarios:
Missing Item(s):
- Your name and email address.
- Your order number.
- The name of the missing item(s).
Received the Wrong Item(s):
- Your name and email address.
- Your order number.
- The name of the item you should have received.
- The name of the incorrect item you received.
- A photo of the incorrect item you received, including the OLYPZ logo.
We'll promptly work to rectify the situation. You may be asked to return the incorrect item to us depending on the circumstances.
Received a Faulty Item(s):
- Your name and email address.
- Your order number (e.g.,#UK123456)
- The name of the faulty item/ description
- Photos showing evidence of the fault as clearly as possible, including a full-length photo of the item and the OLYPZ logo and label.
We'll work swiftly to resolve the issue. Do not return damaged goods unless our support team advises, as it may result in a slower resolution time.
Please note that claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

As much as we'd love to provide our community with exact dates for product restocks, unfortunately, we are unable to confirm them.
However, there are other ways to stay informed:
- Follow us on social media: Stay updated by following our social media channels (@olypzstore) for the latest information on product restocks.
- Sign up for our newsletter: Subscribe to our newsletter to receive the latest updates on product restocks directly in your inbox.
While we can't provide exact dates for restocks, we're committed to keeping you informed and helping you get your favorite items as soon as they're available again!
If you've sent back your return but you're still waiting on your refund, we understand it can be frustrating, but this can be due to a few different reasons.
Depending on the country you're from and the returns courier you choose when returning your item(s), delivery times back to our warehouse can vary from a few days to approximately 30 days.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
In the first instance, we'd advise checking your return tracking (if the courier you chose to return your items with provided one) and look out for an update that states it's been 'Returned', 'Delivered', 'Returned To Warehouse', or similar. This means the item(s) are back at the warehouse and will be checked and scanned by our team within 7 days. Sit tight, and we'll be in touch via email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.
Once processed, your refund can take 6 business days to appear in your account once released by your bank.

We understand that returning the wrong item can be frustrating, but don't worry, we're here to help sort it out for you.
Please provide us with the following information, and we'll look into it for you:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- The order number associated with your return (e.g., #1234567)
- The date you returned the item
- A description of the item you've returned (please include any photos of the item)
Once we receive this information, we'll begin an investigation and do our best to retrieve your item for you. While we always strive to assist our customers, please note that we can't guarantee the outcome.
PS: Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned to us that's not an OLYPZ item will be the responsibility of the sender, not OLYPZ.
At OLYPZ, we understand that every body is unique. That's why we've curated these fit tips to complement our size guide and offer additional guidance beyond just standard sizing:
1. Take Your Measurements:
Before making your purchase, we always recommend taking your body’s measurements. You can find further guidance on how to do this in the size guide present in all product pages.
2. Waist and Hip Measurements:
If your waist measurement is one size smaller than your hip measurement, we recommend opting for the bigger size.
For example: If your waist measurement corresponds to size S and your hip measurement corresponds to size M, we recommend choosing size M.
If your waist measurement is two sizes smaller than your hip measurement, we suggest choosing the size in between.
For example: If your waist measurement corresponds to size S and your hip measurement corresponds to size L, we recommend choosing size M.
Between sizes?
If your measurements are in between those listed in our size guide, we suggest choosing the next size up.
However, only you know what it feels like to perform your best. If you prefer a more compressive, second-skin fit, you may be better suited to a smaller size. If you prefer a fit that offers greater flexibility, choose the next size up.
How do I purchase a gift card?
To purchase a gift card, simply visit our online store and select the ‘gift card’ option from the drop-down menu. Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique gift card code. Please note that physical gift cards are not shipped; all gift cards are delivered electronically.
How long is a gift card valid for?
Our gift cards are valid for one year from the date of receipt.
How do I use my gift card?
Using your gift card is easy! Upon purchasing an OLYPZ e-gift card, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique code. During checkout, enter this code into the ‘gift card or discount code’ section. You can use the full amount in one go or split your payment between the gift card and another payment method.
Please note that gift cards can only be used on the store they were issued on.
I’ve paid for my order using a gift card and now want to return my order.
If you paid for your order using a gift card, any refunds will be issued back onto a gift card. For orders paid using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method), the refunded amount will always be credited to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the other payment method originally used.
Have a discount code? Great! You can apply it during checkout by entering the code into the ‘gift card or discount code’ section and clicking apply. Please keep in mind that discount codes may not be valid on sale items or e-gift cards.
Also, remember that discount codes cannot be applied once payment has been accepted, so make sure to add the discount before completing your checkout.
