When will my order be dispatched?

Once you've hit that order button, we get to work. Orders typically head out the door within 1-2 business days. Look out for an email confirmation with all the deets once your order is en route.

Attention: Any orders placed during weekends, special promotions, and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 2-4 extra days for order processing.

  • Portugal: Standard delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days.
  • Europe: Standard delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days.
  • USA: Standard delivery takes approximately 4-7 business days.

 

Do you ship internationally?

What are the shipping costs?

Here's the deal:

  • Portugal: Orders above €50 enjoy free standard shipping. For orders below €50, a standard shipping fee of €8 applies.
  • Rest of Europe: Free shipping on orders over €50. Orders below €50 are subject to a standard shipping fee of €8.
  • USA: Orders above €85 enjoy free standard shipping. For orders below €85, a standard shipping fee of €15 applies.

  • If you're not available during the delivery attempt, the courier may leave your package in a secure location or reschedule for another try.

 

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

We kick into gear right away with order processing, making it challenging to tweak or modify an order once it's placed and confirmed. If you're eyeing changes or need to cancel, speed is key. Reach out to our customer service team here, and we'll do our best to assist you.

 

Are there additional fees for missed deliveries?

Please be aware that a missed delivery may incur additional fees or re-delivery charges. Ensure someone is available to receive the package during the scheduled delivery window to avoid any unforeseen costs. Also, consider adding your phone number to the purchase details, allowing us to reach you promptly.

 

What if my package is being returned to the warehouse?

If your package is making a U-turn, no need to stress! Packages might journey back for various reasons like an incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, unpaid duties, or other hiccups. Once it reaches our warehouse, we've got your back in resolving the issue.

Currently, we're not offering reshipments for returned packages. Instead, once your package safely returns to our warehouse, a refund will be issued. Kindly note that original shipping costs won't be refunded.
